stomach pain
 

I JUST MADE A HUGE MISTAKE,I JUST ATE MASHED POTATOES , GRAVY AND A HOT TURKEY SANDWICH,NOT ONLY DO I FEEL GUILTY THE PAIN IN MY STOMACH IS GOING TO KILL ME.HAS ANYONE HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM?THIS IS LAWL REVENGE OR SOMETHING FOR STRAYING OFF THE PLAN RIGHT.I SWEAR TO GOD IT IS LIKE I SWALLOED A BRICK.UP UNTIL 3 WEEKS AGO THIS WOULD BE A NORMAL MEAL FOR ME.

It's probably a combination of "What the **** did you just put into me" and gas...

It's true what they say.. Once you start really eating healthy, our body tends to reject the things we shouldn't have in great quantity...

Or it could be the salt..:lol:

If the pain lasts a long time or recurrs, I would suggest going to the doctor to have it checked out. While it is likely just gas, there are so many organs in your abdominal area, why take the chance? Fact you noticed it after a fatty meal, perhaps you could be having a gallbladder attack???

Anyway, I really hope that the pain passed quickly and you were able to enjoy the rest of the day!!

I am ok now after my near death experience with gas pain,I will NEVER eat like that again.I cant imagine how I ate like that prior to this month.I will stick to my healthy food from now on.now my next feat will be to survive this easter weekend.Thanks for the advice on the gallbladder but The pain was down to low.I just had a fart lodged caused by over eating LOL leason learned.
