That extra weight you're seeing this morning is from the physical food itself, not the bad things in it.. It usually takes a couple of days for what we eat to affect our real weight gain or loss..
As for actual weight gain due to your divergence off plan.. Don't worry about it.. It's already happened.. Just get back on your horse and stay on plan for the rest of the day and you'll feel better..
Will you see an actual gain? Maybe, but everything else you eat or do (physical exercise-wise) will also affect that..
