Last night I had hot dogs and chips....so not on the plan. Well, this morning I am paying for it! I gained 6 oz. and feel very puffy. I don't have any take off and I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions as how to get some of this water weight off? Maybe try the take off but insted of using the juice use water? Help please!!!
I wouldn't worry about TO just because of one meal with a lot of sodium. Try driniking 2 extra glasses of water today and two mugs of hot lemon water. You should be back down in a day or so as long as you stay POP.
