I lost 17lbs on the Fat Flush plan but was hungry all the time and always tempted to cheat. I am on day 4 of the Fat Smash Diet plan and am feeling really great and not hungry at all. Phase 1 is similar to the Fat Flush plan. But no meat is allowed (not even chicken), and Fat Smash allows oatmeal, yogurt, and lentils/beans (for protein).
I love this plan. I feel really good. I'm committed to not getting on the scale for 5 more days, but I am sure I will have seen some weight loss.
