Question Fat Flush Plan?

Hey Everyone,
I tried this awhile ago and never really stuck with it but am interested in trying it again. Has anyone else tried it or is on it now?

A friend of mine did it and she lost a lot of weight.

Any input appreciated!

I lost 17lbs on the Fat Flush plan but was hungry all the time and always tempted to cheat. I am on day 4 of the Fat Smash Diet plan and am feeling really great and not hungry at all. Phase 1 is similar to the Fat Flush plan. But no meat is allowed (not even chicken), and Fat Smash allows oatmeal, yogurt, and lentils/beans (for protein).

I love this plan. I feel really good. I'm committed to not getting on the scale for 5 more days, but I am sure I will have seen some weight loss.

Yes, I did. This was the plan that I started with. I lost a lot of weight very rapidly, so much so, that I wasn't comfortable with it. I lost to fast in the past and paid a price for it.

So I still follow a lot of the ideas but modified it a bit for myself. I added back a number of foods for weightloss that they don't recommend until phase 3. I eat the Ezekiel bread she recommends as well as a brand called Manna. I also eat NF plain yogurt, beans and whole grains. I still drink the cranberry juice and use flax seed and oil as my primary fats with a bit of olive oil once in a while for cooking. I eat every 2-3 hours and have never been hungry.
