Hello Everyone! It has been over a week since I got to post. I can't even get caught up on everything. I have had a few WI's since then and unfortunately I am only down 1 lb the entire time. I even had to do the TO using the cantelopes instead recommended by the counselors due to my budget and for that 2 days I only dropped .2. I must me doing something wrong. I am at the end of my 4 weeks now and only have lost a total of 7pounds. On the positive note though I had lost a total of 9.5 inches. So as long as the inches keep coming off, I will try to not get myself depressed over the pounds. It is just so hard to see everyone else when I WI dropping anywhere from 1-4 lbs each WI. They must be doing something extra. I have even bumped up my water to 100 ounces a day instead of the 64 to see if that helps. Well enough babbling. I have to get to bed. I WI tomorrow morning so I will make sure and check back after that to let everyone know how things went.
If anyone has any suggestions on something that will help get me out of the slump I would appreciate it. I really need to see pounds lost this week. It is a mental thing for me.
One more thing. I am on the blue with lites, but they did not settle well with my stomach. I have not told them I am not doing the lites, I have just been writing it in my diary. Should I tell them I am not taking them and see if my plan needs to change and see if that will boost my weight loss? Could this be my biggest problem? I have not had a lite in about 2 1/2 weeks now out of the entire 4 weeks that I have been on LAWL. Somebody HELP!!!
