How do you show TO at COD?

Question How do you show TO at COD?

Hi- I was wondering how everyone shows TO when they go in to the COD? If you aren't on their TO juice, like I am not doing , what does everyone write down in their food diary? Do you list the TO plan, or do you write down something else? At my COD, they know me pretty well and write down an awful lot in my file everytime I go for my WI. I don't want them to start pushing their juice on me when as we all know we can get a much cheaper version @ Wal-Mart or @ another store. Just wondering about any thoughts you all might have out there. Hope everyone had a great POP weekend. to all and THANKS for all the encouragement on my shrinking Journey so far. have you ever brought the juice at the COD? I have and went I do the TO I write all the food down and at the bottom of the page I write TO or FF. I don't write anything about the juice. I don't use the COD's juice. I don't know if that helps

I write down what I really eat during TO and once I told my counselor that I was doing the Knudsens/Fiber Sure for my juice because I decided to do the TO at the last minute and did not have access to getting their product (not the truth; there's is just too expensive). Counselor gave me the "look" and said it was okay for this one time, but in the future she said to use oranges instead. So now, if I do TO with knudsens juice, I would just write down an orange.

I just write TO or Take Off under the activity section of my diary. Sometimes I write the food, sometimes not. They've only asked if I'm using the juice, not if I actually bought it.
