Default Nutritional Information on New Snacks

Can anyone help me with nutrtional information on the soy snacks, newly offered at the Canadian Centers? Also, what do they count for?

I may have a grocery store alternative, but want to check the breakdown.

If you're talking about the new soy crisp snacks, I know they count as a starch.. There are some soy chips I've seen at stores that seem pretty compatable (and more tasty), but they pack a lot more salt than the stuff you can get at the COD's...

I have not tried the mustard ones. I am not a big mustard fan unless it is on a sandwich with turkey or ham LOL

Thank you for the feedback. The product that I discovered is:

Glenny's Loy Fat Soy Crisps
BBQ Flavor
One Bag = 2 servings
One Serving:

Calories 70 g
Total Fat 1.5 g (no saturated or trans fats)
Sodium 260 mg
Carbs 9 g
Dietary Fibre 1.5 g
Proteind 4.5 grams per serving

Price $1.59 CDN at BULK BARN

On Sunday night, I cut up a Lite Bar into ten little pieces, added a bag of these crisps and felt like I was having a real treat watching the Oscars. Last year, I am certain I ate chips and chocolate.

Thought this information may provide an inexpensive option, for a Once in a While treat,

Keep up the good work!

Peg
