Default Help!!! I'm an LAWL Drop-out!!

Here's the quick breakdown:

I joined LAWL in June 2006. I lost 35lbs the first 3 months then became unmotivated as the weightloss slowed. For the 5 months after that I pretty much dropped off the plan gaining close to 15lbs back. Now that my weeks are gone and my life has settled down a bit, I really want to lose the weight, you know restart the program, but I won't buy anymore weeks. Does anyone know what can be used in substitution to the bars, since I feel those really helped me lose the weight initially. Also, any other pointers would be great!

Luna bars seem to be the substitute of choice.. As for restarting the program, do you still have your menu guides and diaries? Look at your old diaries and determine what were your most successful weight loss periods, and base your menus on those.

As for support, this is a good place to hang out.. Good luck!!
