Here's the quick breakdown:
I joined LAWL in June 2006. I lost 35lbs the first 3 months then became unmotivated as the weightloss slowed. For the 5 months after that I pretty much dropped off the plan gaining close to 15lbs back. Now that my weeks are gone and my life has settled down a bit, I really want to lose the weight, you know restart the program, but I won't buy anymore weeks. Does anyone know what can be used in substitution to the bars, since I feel those really helped me lose the weight initially. Also, any other pointers would be great!
