Question LAWL Question

I am new to LAWL. This site is part of the reason I decided to take that particular step. Due to my anal retentive nature, I like to have some background information on how the plan is designed. Does anyone out there have any guidelines to how many calories or grams make up the various categories - protein, starch, veg, fruit, fat & dairy? I have asked my counselor, but apparently they don't give that type of information anymore. She mentioned that it used to be in the books, so I thought there may be someone out there that would be willing to share.

Best thread for the program is the one What is LA Weight Loss by our dear Cassi. We don't actually have the counts for each item in terms of calories etc but if you enter a few in Fit Day.com you would probably find an average. A lot of the foods they have picked for the program are lean and very minimal sodium, high protein and sometimes lower in carbohydrates.
