I propose a new challenge.....to help all of us stop obsessing about being 1 pound up, or 1 pound down.......and having our scales determine our mood for the day. I propose absolutely NO SCALE for 10 days. If you WI at the COD, don't look.........and ask them not to tell you. Let's just focus on staying POP everyday, and doing the very best we can. If you WI on your home scale every day, or many times a day......put it away, in a closet, in a drawer, just anywhere out of sight. I don't think we can officially start the challenge until the slimdown challenge is over.....but I am going to do this. I am very tired of being a victim to the digital readout on my scale. Anyone care to join???

oooh, that's scary. I never thought I was addicted to the scale until I read your post and thought - Oh, how could I ever??? I guess I'm an addict.
WOw - this could be very hard on me. 10 days after the slimdown challenge brings me right up to when I leave for vacation. Wow - panic attack, could I actually do this?????
Ok, we will officially start the scale banning on January 31st to give everyone time to WI after the slimdown challenge Will this work for everyone????
I'm in! (and yeah, am on TBL challenge, so I might need to WI in the middle of it for their stats, but other than that, I promise to keep away from the scale!!)
I promise to not only not step on my scale but I plan to coat in gasoline, set it afire, throw it out the back door into the snow, then flag down Mike the LAWL delivery guy and ask him to back over it repeatedly with his truck
