1 P, 2V, 1 S, 1/2 D
5 or 7 oz ground turkey, according to plan
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp lite salt
1 cup lettuce
1 small tomato, diced
1 oz reduced fat cheese (I use low fat jalapeno)
1 bag LA Cheese Curls, crushed
2 tbsp salsa
Cook turkey in medium pan, add garlic powder, chili powder and salt.
Drain any excess oil or fat off turkey
Assemble lettuce on plate, top with meat, tomatoes and cheese. Top with cheese curls and garnish with salsa.
