Hey everyone, I wanted to make a post so I could see my little tracker at the bottom
I'm making an effort at this weight loss thing since I realized the other day I now weigh as much as I did the day I went into labor with my son 9 years ago!
Since then, I successfully lost all 50 baby weight pounds, got thyroid cancer, gained 30 pounds, lost it, slowly gained back about 20, then had back surgery, and like magic, back in the 180's....
I'm signing up at the Y today, and I thought maybe this forum would be fun because other people here wouldn't mind all the exercise and healthy food talk that my friends who aren't trying to lose weight would probably tire of pretty quick!
Wish me luck! I'm looking forward to using the other forums. My main goal with the holidays (and b-day #29) is to get into a regular exercise routine, as opposed to changing my diet just yet.
