[Lady Nap A Lot]

Hello all. I am new here (from Canada). I used to Somersize a few years a go and I lost 40 lbs. Of course I put it all back on (+20 more lbs). I have decided to SS again - I started a month ago and I have lost 7.5 lbs. BUT I also suffer from depression and I just can't seem to get into the groove this time. I'm cheating like crazy and I need help and support. So here I am.

Glad to see you here. I started out somersizing and I have had a lot of success with it. There aren't many somersizers currently posting here but there is lots of wonderful support.

After I lost the first 50-60 pounds, I decided to tweak somersizing so that I could do for the rest of my life. So now I do a kind of combination of calorie counting/level 2 somersizing.

Be sure to look around a lot, there are lots of different support threads, challenges, etc and they are all open to anyone.

Losing 7.5 pounds in a month is wonderful! Keep it up!
