Hello ya'll, I've been on my weight loss journey since July or August (this year) my friend and I were walking about 3 miles a day and watching our calories, then the days were getting shorter and we joined Jazzercise. I have to say I love it. I lost most of my 19lbs since joining in late September. I have lost a lot of inches because I went from a tight 14 to a 6
Go figure with only 19lbs lost, but I'll take it anyway I can get it, that was my goal pant size. Now I have to work on toning everything back into shape so I don't get the muffin top
