HI New to this forum
HI all. Just a quick note to say I'm here and soooo ready to lose the extra baggage I've been carring around for the last 10 years. I'm ready to be thin again, as soon as my body learns to obey me. I'm 31 and a mom of 3 boys, soon to be 4, we are trying to adopt. And I need all the extra energy to run around after these guys. So as long as I've got a great support system, then we are good to go.
If ya'll can recommend any good exercises to do in a skirt, that would be wonderful, due to religious beliefs I prefer to wear a dress, and coulottes are awful. So GL to all out there, and see you on the forums.
