Hi! I'm new to the website. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do next. All I know is that my current crew means well, but since none have serious weight to lose we have a hard time relating. Anyone know what I"m talking about?
Hi and welcome. Well, you surf around 3FC and read lots for inspiration ... you find some folks who are doing whatever you're doing .... South Beachers flock together ... calorie counters flock together .... that sort of thing.
And you just jump right in. Ask questions, chitter chatter. make yourself at home.
The 100 lb club is also a good location if you would like to join others who have 100 lbs or more to lose and those that have already lost over 100 lbs.
New here - What do I do next?
