Hi! I am just starting out here on this weight loss trail.
I am going to probably be checking in quite a bit because I am in a new place, 1000 miles away from my home; new job, sweet little boy, husband who loves to eat. I am looking forward to this. I have already started walking. Since it is a small town, I am walking everywhere I can. My son enjoys the trip and it seems to already be helping my blood pressure and heart rate.
I have been overweight for a while. First, it was the retail grind, and then traveling and sitting in depositions all day and now, the baby weight. Hopefully, I can get on a roll here and start losing. Keep your fingers crossed!
