I just joined this forum, and so far I see alot of positive thinking here
which makes me happy!!!!
Recently, I got on the scale, about 3 weeks ago, and I couldnt believe how much weight I had gained since the last time I was on one!!!
Its weird, because I've worn the same size, and in fact, have even jumped down a size since the last weigh in. All this time, I was thinking I was still 252, and I had unwittingly jumped to 302!
So I joined a gym, New York Sports Club, and started working out 3 days a week. I've only lost 2 pounds to begin with, its been 2 weeks, with a very gradual start.
As far as eating, I've decided to use the Weight Watchers point system, just to give it a try. Has anyone tried it? Does it work?
I mean, I know a few people who have lost weight on it, but they werent really heavy to begin with! I want a 'fat-chick' opinion!
Any tips and tricks will be welcomed whole-heartedly!
