Buddy Hunting....f/34 55lbs to go
34/female . I am a married stay home mom of two girls (3yrs & 2 yrs). I am a House Music lover who used to go clubbing 5 or 6 nights a week & snowboard often. Both of which I no longer get a chance to do, both of which were probably keeping me fit. I enjoyed the punk scene in H.S. and still enjoy lots of underground music & the lifestyle that goes along with it. I have settled down somewhat socially & so has my metabolism.
In the last 6 years I have put on about 70lbs. My highest was 222 I am at 199 today, I think I looked my best at about 140-145ish. So that's where I'm looking to get. Im 5'5".
I have a hard time getting motivated into exercising. I have tried lowcarb and lost as much as 40lbs. But it's too restrictive & I found I had to cook 3 meals (Me, Husband, kids), and as soon as I stopped it all came back. I'm still kinda of low carbing it but not too hard core (where I used to aim for 30 carbs a day, I now aim for 100. I've also started looking at calorie intake. I want to work in some exercise (I have no budget for machines or a gym membership, so currently I'm doing 1/2 hour cardio videos everyother day). Oh, My husband is thin but has high cholesteral, so I am adjusting family meals for him too.
I'm looking for motivation & maybe some friendly competition.
