Hello to allll of you lovely ladies!!

I'm Erika Leigh! I'm 18 and I have PCOS. I found this place from a ticker in someone's sig at another site.

I would love to get to know you ladies here and get to sharing my weight loss trials and troubles with you all! I would also love to get some advice from some ladies who have lost it!

Can't wait to get to know you all more!!

Hi Erika! I hate to be ignorant or intrusive but what is PCOS? Anyway, I'm also 5 feet short, um I mean tall. It's not easy when you're this short, there's less space for the calories to go, oh well. You've come to the right place for advice and encouragement. Good luck!!!!!

You've come to a great place for advice, support & encouragement! We are happy to have you here!

Are you following a particular plan? I've been on Atkins for 2½ years. Its worked well for me. The best advice I can give you is, whatever plan you choose, don't think of it as a diet...in order for it to work, you must develop the attitude that this is a lifestyle change.

You CAN do this!!!

I'm not Erika, but I can answer this one. My SIL has PCOS. It stands for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I probably spelled that all wrong. LOL

Whoever asked, I've tried Atkins and ended up in the hospital. It made me sooo sick.

I don't really have a plan per say. But I am eating Lean Pockets. Low Carbs and doing WATP the everyday. I'm working on upping my water intake!
