Hello
I am new here, in the past I lost 132 lbs, but have gained 32 lbs of it back. I am now on a journey to lose the 32 I gained, plus I would like to lose an additional 30 on top of that! I am not going to ww, but am following their diet since I don't have the time to go to the actual meetings. I have been on the ww boards, and to be honest I found alot of the posts to be just catty and somewhat critical of the poster so I decided to come here. I have found by lurking that I really like the environment here, everyone is so supportive and for the most part very pleasant to each other. If I can get everything wrapped up this semester I will be getting my college degree in December. I hope to be down 15 lbs by the time I graduate, however with all my school work, internship and three kids I am very short on time to get homework done, let alone exercising.
