Hi all,

Just came across this site whilst searching for info for my Blog. I came across a post on another site that descirbed the history of this place and here I am!

What a wealth of info there is here.

Anyway, I'm not looking to lose weight myself but actually work as a trainer. I like reading forums to see the various methods people are using and learn the positives and negatives of each diet.

If any of you are fans of The Biggest Loser, we had a series here in Australia and the guy I trained won (Adro)!

I've had one their Hotpots (Lancashire)!

My inlaws are from St Helens and Aberdeen and they get over there a bit.

Certainly will drop in to the exercise area

Hi Ray,

Welcome to a wonderful site.

I met Adro last week when I went to Sydney as a finalist in a Slimmer of the Year competition. He was a guest at the presentation lunch. (I didn't win, but my goal was to 'get my face out there', and I have certainly managed that with a couple of TV appearances, a number of articles in newspapers, guest on a Melbourne talk-back radio show and a magazine showing interest in my story.) He is actually looking pretty good. I also met Kristie a while back as I teach with her mum. She was looking good at the time, but I think she could be gaining weight, as I am pretty sure she is expecting again. Just something I heard somewhere, but couldn't confirm it.

Anyway, I hope to see more of you around the place.
