Hi there! I thought I'd introduce myself before jumping into all the conversations! It seems as though there are plenty of different and helpful topics. I'm the ripe old age of 18 at the moment and I've recently joined up with a gym to get me headed in the right direction. Unfortunately, I only eat healthy and excercise when I have to be accountable to either myself or someone else. Otherwise, I take no responsibility and try to avoid the scales. A strong case of denial on my behalf. Not my strong point. I'm hoping that I can implement healthy eating and exercise into my day to day life. Due to past attempts it may take a little while, but I am willing to put in more effort. I hope that I can learn a few things from you all and hopefully I can become more proactive with my weight loss!
