Hey everyone
I've put on some weight over the summer (about 6-7 pounds). I know it's not a whole lot, but both sides of my family have histories of being severely overweight, and I really don't want to follow in their footsteps.
I've pretty much just been trying to cut back on calories and fat and add some extra cardio to my daily routine.
I want to lose about 13 pounds, then maintain that weight. Anyone interested in being a diet/excercise buddy?
