I'm tracking cals on FitDay as well, plus aiming for 4-5 work-outs/week (at lunch, my gym is across the road from the office so zero excuse to not work out!!).
Eating is still pretty crappy, need to get a whole lot more focused on that.
Didn't get for a workout yesterday because I was in training all day, but should be able to get a decent workout in today.
I need to get more 'formal' with my eating plans, and get some groceries in that support it - the whole family's eating habits have deteriorated since school let out, time to get back on track.
tracyjacy, haven't heard about B12 shots at home - do you know what they tell your coworkers they're supposed to be helping, outside of the very low calorie diet? I agree, some of those Dr. type clinics are amazingly expensive. You can buy a whole lot of top-of-the-line organic fruits and veg, best quality lean meats and the freshest whole grain carbos for that cost!!
