Default Sugar/White Flour Abstinence
I'm looking for an accountability partner for the Food Addiction Recovery group I just joined. The basics are an abstinence from ALL sugar- and wheat flour-containing products. They have amazing weight loss stories and I decided to try it.

I started 8/11/06 and am on my fifth day of abstinence. If anyone's interested, here I am!
