I'm not new to weight watchers but new to this site. I hope this will help me stay on track! I exercise but staying on the eating plan is hard for me! By 2:30 3:00 it feels like I haven't eaten all day!

I know what you mean. I do really well all day then 3:00 hits and I feel like I haven't eaten all day. I have been going for a tbls of peanut butter. Gives me a little energy and protein. Good luck,
I try to have all of my snacks already portioned out for those times when I have to hurry up and eat something. I also rely on my "free soup" If you need the recipe let me know
