Hey everyone!
Hey all.. hows it going? Well I heard of this site through word of mouth so I decided to try it.. I am currently on a diet and it seems to be working! Alright well first.. my names Jen, I am 18 and about 160 lbs (im very short though.. like 5'2) I will post a picture/proof picture later. My problem areas are my thighs, flabby arms, huuuge butt, and pudgey stomach. I have been on this diet where i eat things like
tuna chicken rice veggies fruits slim fast fat/sugar/calorie - free everything! For exercise I get up every morning and do Gilad's daily cardio/aerobic workouts for about a half an hour and then I do yoga for a half an hour and then sometimes I throw in some dancing at the end. I have been doing this for about a week and a half and I have already lost 4 inches in my stomach 1 inch in my thighs, 1/2 inch in my arms and 1/2 inch in my butt (I dont calculate my weight everyday because I dont have a bathroom scale but I do measure my inches instead) so I am getting there slowly but surely.. the only thing I am going to miss is my boobs when I lose them!! lol hows everyone elses diets going?? if anyone needs a buddy I am here. Current measurements: Stomach: 35" Thighs: 25" Arms: 11 3/4" Butt: 41 1/2" |
