Hey all. Been on the LAWL plan for 8 weeks now. Doing good, but it would help to have a little motivation from a friend. As of today at my weigh-in I am at 283, would like to reach my goal of 190. I am tall so most of my weight is carried around the middle area if you know what I mean..
My kids keep me buisy and I try to get to the gym 3 days a week for an hour. Just need someone to encourage and get a little encouragement back. I have days where I dont care, and eat something I am not supposed to, but I get back on track.
