Default Newbie--not sure what to do next?
Hi my name is Jennifer and I am new to this site.I need to lose the weight because of how horrible I feel.I need to be able to keep up with my 5 boys at home.I would like to get a buddy to swap stories,inspiration and encouragement with.

Hello and thank you for the welcomes!!!WOW that is such a cool feeling.
I am trying to just scale down my diet....trying to avoid snacking ALL the time,drink more water,eat my veggies or salad first.No serious diet plan yet because I am currently trying to buy a home,new job,living with Mom at 39....way too many stressors.Can you suggest some good threads SusanB?

Hi Jennifer. Sounds like a great start. I assure you, it CAN and DOES work without a specific "diet plan" as that is what I am doing... just eating lots of fruits and veggies with smaller meat portions, etc., and no junk... and lots of water. You will do great!

Welcome to the site!! I have been a member for about 3 weeks now and i am telling you this is good site and alot of nice people!! It has helped me!! I already lost 4 pnds and besides that this site has gave me a lot of confidence and will power and information!! I noticed your also from South Dakota!!!!! Good luck with your Journey!!
