Smile Newbie from NYC <waving hello>
Good Morning,

I decided that today's the day to make a change!!!
I have wanted to do this for so long, and for some reason, I couldn't.
I'm 36, newly engaged, and getting married in a little under a year. I do not want to look this way, walking down the aisle. I know I can do it...I can!!!
I have been successful in the past, but, the weight always creeps back up on me.
I am so glad that I found this site. I need motivation....I need encouragement.

Hoping to meet some friends......

I'm also 36 with 38 pounds to go.I'm gonna do it & I know you can too!
It won't be easy~nothing ever is when it's worth doing,but every pound & every inch makes a HUGE difference!

Welcome! I'm fairly new myself here but have found everyone to be so welcoming! Congrats on your engagement! I know you can accomplish your goal before you walk down the aisle. I have about 25 more lbs to lose too.
