Hi! My name is Jessica. I'm 26 and happily married with 2 little girls who are 5 and 3. I am 5'2 and roughly 195 pounds. This is the heaviest I've ever been with the exception of 2 0 0 when I was 9 months prego with my 2nd.
Anyways, I work out faithfully at least 6x a week including cardio and weight training and have been doing so for a few months now. I haven't budged in weight and I'm started to get frustrated. So now I'm determined to not let food get the best of me this time....
