I also like yoga and I really like pilates because it reminds me of yoga, but I feel like I'm working out more. I don't have the stamina for jogging - yet. Right now I'm walking at a brisk pace
and trying to work my way into it.
I like bellydancing
and I hope to get a video soon so I can do it in the privacy of my own home.
As far as my diet goes, I just try to control my portions and stay away from high fat, high calorie, and high sodium foods.
