Red face I am another new member in need of some support!

Hello Everyone! I am new to this sight and am looking for some support! I have been on the Weight Watchers plan for about five weeks and have lost 11.5 pounds so far! I am not attending meetings but am following the plan at home and weighing in at home on Monday mornings. The last few days have been difficult for me! I seem to always be hungry! I was hoping that someone might have a suggestion or two! Thank you!

I have done WW-- but now I'm calorie counting (for whatever reason it's easier for me)-- Are you eating all of your points/?? Good luck!

Hi ladies...Just wanted to say hello and welcome. I am fairly new myself. The ww point thing worked for me and so does the calorie counting. Eating lost of the free points helps me too. It also helps that I love salads. I bought a punching bag and when I feel like cheating and I am at home...i punch the bag. lol. crazy but it helps... talk to you later...

Hi!
I'm new to weight watchers. It has helped me to have the 1 point soup available or try the Campbell's chicken and stars "Soup at hand" It's only 1 point. Also I try to drink plenty of sugar free Koolaid. I don't care for water and I'm addicted to Diet Coke, so I'm trying to cut back and get water in instead. I also try to stay out of the kitchen, which is hard for me, as I have a small home. I try to go do something and put off snacking and try to range out meals and snacks every 3 hours, helps Good luck to you!

hi, I'm new too! I just bought the nutrisystem...haven't received it yet. I have been on WW. It did work, but I found myself cheating so much from having so much freedom. Best of luck to ya!
