Default Hi, I'm new...

Well I've been trying to lose weight for over 5 years. So far, I've only managed to budge 25 pounds. While I'm very glad that I've kept these off I just wish I could go further.

I was searching the web and stumbled across this site. I'm hoping that I can get the support and help I need from everyone here to obtain my goal and loose 40 more pounds.

I've tried everything and I'm running out of ideas. Any helpful suggestions to start fresh would be appreciated.

Increase your exercise or decrease your calories will help you to lose more weight. What kind of eating plan are you following?
