im new to this site and need help getting motivated to lose weight. =( Im not happy with who I am. I am a 21 old female who is currently way over stressed because of nursing school. I want to lose the weight but i'm not motivated. i weigh between 195-200 pounds and now happy.... please help me!

Do you have a plan to lose weight? I'm currently doing WW, I tried other plans before, but I found the most freedom with WW, I like it a lot. There are other plans you can review on this website, and some people do their own thing.

First thing you need to do if make a plan and set some small goals for yourself.
