Hey everyone,
I am new and fed up with hiding behind this weight. I am ready for a new program to kick start my weightloss, I am DETERMINED
to lose 30 pounds by Memorial Day!
I have done Atkins' in the past too many times to count
And I have been successful in the past, but it seems this time around I would like to do something that I can abide by that I can stay on and not feel that there isn't something that I can't have.
Exercise isn't something that I can do more than 2 days a week, which I know is a problem, due to my work schedule. So I know that I have to keep the calories quite low.
Does anyone have any ideas on this? I would like to do 6 mini meals a day. I am about 60 pounds overweight. How many calories should I eat, anyone have an menu ideas?
Has anyone been successful with this?
Is Trimspa (baby) a good idea to curve the appetite?
Any ideas, thoughts, experiences, stories, would be great!
