Hi guys, i decided to get involved as well. Lack motivation to exercise (i need to find an activity i enjoy, any suggestions are welcome) and clearly from my screen name I LOVE velveeta shells and cheese, LOL!!! I hope I can find some motivation from you ladies, and lose some weight!!!
