Hi, I'm new to 3FC. I love this site. I've just read the SouthBeach book and have been on Phase 1 of SBD since February 1. I am amazed that this is Feb.10 and I've done it. I've lost approx. 7 pounds but I have 30-40 more pounds to lose! I would love to talk w/people on SBD. Also, if I am not having cravings, would it be okay to go on to phase 2? You can personal message me. Okay, I'm 39 and I am a SAHM w/4 kids. 2 in school, 2 at home still. Live in Indiana. I'm also a big fan of Walk Away the Pounds for exercise!

Welcome! Sounds like you are off to a good start! I tried SB but with very little success. My husbands workmate, on the other hand, has lost about 80 pounds on it.. so it certainly works. I'm more of an Atkin's girl myself, which is along some of the same lines with definate differences.

to 3FC, Debbie! I'm South Beaching it, too...although, I've been on Phase 1 for two months now, as I have a VERY significant amount of weight to lose! Once you get past the first two weeks, you'll be good to go!!! I wish you luck!
