I'm new to 3fatchicks (Just registered today).
I was 296 lbs. on the beginning of my diet, I am about 240, now, I want to be 125 lbs. I am 18 years old and I have been dieting off and on for about a 1 1/2 years. It was off and on because I couldn't take anymore. lol. But I want to be able to feel good about myself, so I'm back on the diet. I am drinking ALOT of water and I am writing all calories and fat grams, ect. in a food journal. I also put down my exersize activities in there, so I could look back and make sure I was exersizing enough. On the beginning of the diet, I could only carry 5 lb. weights, but now I can carry 20 lb. weights.
Anyway, I would like a buddy who I can email and ask if a certain food is good for weight loss; For exsample If I am not sure of the food I want to buy is healthy, I can just email my buddy first and my buddy can email me back. I might even ask for tips of excersising and eating right. I am also on a 1100 cal diet, but am thinking of cutting 100 calories off the diet; Is it safe to not eat as much as I am right now??
