Newbie!
Hey ladies! My name is Kristy. I'm 17 and I just graduated from high school about two weeks ago (hooray for midterm graduation). I'm leaving for college in the fall, and would like to get down to a reasonable weight before then. I've gained and lost several times in the past, but it's time to make it permanent. I started the Sonoma Diet four days ago...it's going great! I'm a vegetarian (but I do eat fish), and it's been very easy for me to adapt the diet to my eating style.
