Hi! I'd love to find a person or two that I can talk to on a regular basis to keep each other motivated. I'm 28 years old and live in PA. I've been doing great on the eating end, and now I'm really trying to get this excercising down. Oh my when I first signed up for the gym I couldn't believe how out of shape I am! Now, instead of making excuses not to go, I have an awesome incentive to get there. I recently moved very close to work and now I never hear my favorite morning show on the radio. Well they podcast their show now, so that's reason enough for me to go just so I can still listen! (For those of you close to Philly...you know the power of Preston & Steve!) And I know it's just a matter of time that I'll get so wrapped up listening to them and I'll start busting out laughing as I did in my car every day to work and completely forget where I am!
