Default New Here


Hi my name is Stacey. I am from British Columbia Canada. I am starting my diet and excercise today. I am 250 pounds and am wanting to lose 100 pounds. I have 2 beautiful little girls who are 1 and 2. They are 10 months apart so I gained alot of weight in 1 year. I want to lose it all. I am looking for some support because I don't have much of that around me. I need some motivation to keep me going. Well I hope everyones weight loss is going great.

I am 25 years old. I weigh 250 pounds and want to get down to 150.
I just got a Gazelle Freestyle excercise machine yesterday so I am going to be working out everyday on that. I also go for walks with my girls and chase them around. As far as eating I am doing a cabbage soup for 7 days to clean out my system and from there I will be eating healthy with fruits and vegetables. I am really looking forward to all of this. It is the first time in my life I have felt motivated to do this. I know that I will need some motivation along the way though because I have alot to lose and I don't want to fail.

HI everyone. I am new here too. I used to do weight watchers and it worked great but I can't afford the weekly meeting fees or spare the time to get to the meetings. So i gained back almost all of the 27 pounds that I lost. I weighted this morning and I was a 181.2 and I want to get down to 145. I am 5'4" and 42 years old and have 4 kids so I think that would be a really good weight for me. I am trying to go 5 pounds at a time for mini goals so that whole big bunch doesn't look so intimidating.

Hi Stacy, I am in the same boat that you are (let's hope it doesn't tip over LOL) I am starting a new me today. I am starting at the same weight you are and hope to lose 100 pounds but will start off by just getting the scale to stop saying 250. So that is my first goal is to be under 200......Good luck in your weight loss process.
