Hello, just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Erika and I have decided to get serious about loosing this extra baby weight I gained after having two boys. My boys are 3 and 18 months. Well, I can't call it baby weight since I was 185 when right before getting pregnant with #2 so I will call it my "getting married and comfortable weight" I want to get back down to the 125 I was when I met my husband. I am at 165 now and loosing the 20 pounds took me 18 months so I am ready to kick it into high gear and get in better shape for the summer. I have given up my loved Pepsi and have already seen the scale drop 3 pounds in two weeks so I am very excited. Nice meeting you all, I am going to go and do my exercises for the afternoon.
