FIRST TIME POSTER
Well, I have have been living the nofat/lowfat lifestyle for the past 10 years and I cannot stand how I look in the mirror any longer.
Susan Powter is great, however, it is all of the processed food out there that ruined a great thing. (Darn those 100 Calorie Packs!!)
Tonight I was watching tv (and I don't usually do this) and the Sonoma diet segment came on. WOW ~ everything that they showed looked great. I think I might go and buy the book tomorrow. I also would love to get back to the gym. I know that a changed lifestyle will get me out of this serious bout of depression that I am going through.
Thank you for a place that I can post this.
I don't know how to post the weight scale at the bottome, but this is really making me smile and that is a good thing for me right now!!

Hello! I just found this site saturday night! I have decided to do Sonoma as well after some reading between South Beach and the Sonoma. I am really excited and I need to get that book as well, I copied the wave 1 and 2 food lists in the sonoma section of the forums and will glean what I can as far as info till I get my book! I look forward to posting with you!
