Hi, all! Well, after many tries (and ultimate failures) I have made a commitment to myself to lose 50 pounds by my 48th birthday - and I'm giving myself plenty of time to do it! Since I'm new to this group, I'm hoping to get (and give) encouragement on my quest to a healthy body. Any other 40-somethings out there who are looking to lose about the same amount of wieght???
Thanks - I'll check out the support groups. As far as a program, I think I am just going to eat more veggies and fruits, and much less junk food. I think even my husband will benefit from this. But I'm open to any diets/programs that others have found helpful!
