I have just recently decided to start the ideal protein diet. I spent a few days exploring it on line and came across this site! I LOVE IT! My appointment for my intake at Ideal Protein on this coming Tuesday. I am excited about starting. I have spent a lot of time researching it and know some people personally that have lost weight and kept it off using this method. I have fought with my weight since my thirties. I'm trying to lose weight but I'm kinda struggling and i don't know what I'm doing wrong I'm so unhappy with my body and I really want to lose weight, I'm ready to do it. Does anyone have any ideas about what I should eat and what exercises I should do and how long for. I'd really appreciate it.
