For years I would put off losing weight because I was pregnant, didn't have enough time, or didn't have enough money to buy healthier food. Well that time is over! I weigh in at a whopping 200 pounds, and I'm barely 5 feet tall! I can't put this off any longer.

I definitely need a friend, or rather someone that will keep kicking my butt in the right direction.

I am on an extremely tight budget so I will definitely be a no frills type of gal, but I'm hoping that dieting doesn't have to be expensive and that it can be fun. I don't want this to be a New Years resolution that doesn't make it until February.

Well enough about me. Will you be my buddy?

You sound like me I dont have alot of money to spend on diet food or the weight plans. I can tell you what I do. I went and got me a regular note book and just started keeping track of what I do. What I eat. What I drink(water). When I workout(twice a day). It help me and maybe it will help you..
