In 2000 i was in the same situation i am now, 150 and looking to lose to 120...I am 5'4" and i carry all of my wieght in my mid section (lucky me!)
Well back then i lost all of the weight, but within the past year have slowly gained it all back...
I have joined a gym and have been trying to work out...but am looking to a buddy to keep my on track! My goal is to lose the weight by april, when i need to get my licence renewed
