hey hockychic, I know I have been a way a few days too, life does get in the way, hahah, anyway your cruise sounds wonderful, my husband and I and some friends are going to Porta Valantra, (can't spell it or say it) in Feb. My first goal is to be down to 185 by New Years Eve, there !!!! I finally told someone other then me, now I have to face the music. Then I will start my next goal for my trip, mmm 175 I could take, 140 would be much better, but I will be realistic, he he,
How is the rest of the gang??? I weigh in on Thurs, heres hoping I have lost again, I did slip on the weekend, popcorn with butter, but I am making up for it this week, lost of walking

Sounds like you are all doing really well - so keep up the good work. I
will be away til end of weekend, going to Niagara Falls for 4 nights - so will be abit of a challenge being in hotel for all meals.

But will get in some excercise and count everything.
