Hello!

As you might see, I am quite new here, although quite old at the weight rollercoastering that is the bane of anyone's existance.

I am choosing to celebrate the fact that I've lost 10 kilos by appearing here, although I feel exposed and vulnerable and quite alone. I hope I'll be able to share the good times with you guys, just as I hope I won't feel as erradiated by the bad times when I am here.

I am 29, about to turn 30, but I've always felt old, very probably because of the excess weight I've been carting around for so long. So, as a bday gift to myself, I've decided to take my life, my health, my happiness and my future more seriously.

I hope I'll be able to be a friend to anyone who needs one...
